Nice, Spacious Double Room

We offer a spacious double room (single occupation only) in a clean, comfortable and welcoming house with shared kitchen and bathroom.
We are looking for considerate, reliable and responsible tenants, who treat their housemates, our house and all it’s interior with respect and care.

Bills and Internet are included, the fortnight standard cleaning is charged separately. Otherwise we have a strict “clean-as-you-go” policy, meaning everyone always cleans and tidies up after themselves.
We respect everyone's space and privacy but do expect a respectful and smooth communication and the willingness to share certain responsibilities regarding shared communal areas and appliances.

We have a cat, so you should be ok with the presence of a cat in the communal areas of the house.

Woolwich town centre (with big Tesco) and Woolwich Arsenal Station (DLR and National Rail) is about 10 mins walk (0.5mi) and the new Elisabeth Line station about 15 mins walk. But there are also buses going to Woolwich Town Centre as well as to Central London.
There are a small Coop, various take away shops, post office etc. 1-2 min. up the road.
