I have a nice double room available in a large Victorian House in Woolwich Arsenal and it is furnished with a double bed two wardrobes and desk and a brand new carpet. The bathroom and lounge have also been refurbished so it is quite homely. In terms of location the house is around a 10 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal Train Station and DRL (which has good links to central and east London) - or a 12 minute bus journey with the bus stop less 20 yards from the house.
In terms of house amenities there is a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, microwave, 5 ring cooker, large lounge with nice dining table and chairs, a garden, a brand new bathroom and a small terrace for eating outside. The rent is fully inclusive of bills and also includes broadband.
I am seeking a tenant who is responsible, honest, clean and respectful and either working and or a mature student. One months rent and deposit are required as well as a employer's/university reference. No DSS or couples.
