with five rooms. One currently available from 25th October 2024. Ground floor bedroom to the front facing
If you are interested in the room, please tell me a little bit about yourself and times dates/times you would be available for viewing. Also provide when you would be wanting to move in.

•sharing with four full time professionals aged between 25 to 40 years old

• train stations are Woolwich or Plumstead
• DLR Woolwich Arsenal
• Elizabeth Line Woolwich
• bus routes 51 and 53 are two minutes walk, 244 five minutes walk

Local Area
• parks- Plumstead Commom and Shrewsbury
• Tesco Extra, etc 15mins walk or short bus ride
• Co-ops in either direction 5 mins walk
• local shops and pubs
• Queen Elizabeth Hospital

There are now curtains in the room as well as blinds

After viewing and you wish to take the room you need to provide a copy of ID (passport), sign a tenancy agreement and provide a deposit equivalent to a months rent and also provide the first months rent.
Ideally the room is taken for at least 6 months.
To avoid disappointment, I do not accept couples or children
