Our 16'x12' master bedroom with office area would be perfect for someone who needs the luxury of extra room and enough space to work or study from home. The house offers two large and two small double bedrooms, a shared lounge and kitchen/diner, a three-piece bathroom suite and second suite with shower enclosure, brand new appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and in the case of this room a desk with office chair. The current housemates are all professionals in their 20s and 30s. You will be dealing with us as landlords directly so you can be sure of a quick response to any issues that arise.
The house is in a very desirable location with Elizabeth Line, Woolwich Arsenal British Rail and DLR stations 10-12 minute walk away and Plumstead Station and Plumstead Common about 5 minutes walk away.
The existing housemates are lovely, respectful and hard working young people who get on well and take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy. They have requested an all female house share so for this reason we are preferably able to accept young female professional tenants. All rooms are single occupancy only.
