Woolwich good size double room

Hi,

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, shelving unit, desk and chair. The floor is wooden laminate & the room was repainted white last year.

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms. All three rooms share the shower room upstairs and I've attached photos of it.

Downstairs is a good sized kitchen with two fridge/freezers and table with chairs. Also downstairs is a separate toilet room. Finally there is another bedroom that has it's own shower room.

The house is a 7 to 8 min walk to Woolwich station which has the DLR, Elizabeth Line and the trainline.

Please note that I own the house and pay the water, gas, electricity, council tax, Vodafone Gigacube bills for broadband and a cleaner who visits fortnightly for the shared areas.
