This good sized room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The floor is laminate so easy to keep clean and tidy. It is being repainted white prior to being available.

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms that each have a guy in their 20's in them.

All three rooms (3 people max. in total) upstairs share the shower room upstairs which was refurbished completely in May '24.

Downstairs is a really good sized kitchen with two fridge/freezers and table with chairs. In addition there is a separate large room occupied by a couple. They have their own downstairs shower room and there is a third toilet available for everyone, in the house.

The house is a 7 to 8 min walk to Woolwich Arsenal (zone 4) which has the DLR, Crossrail and the trainline.
