Upstairs are a further two bedrooms each with one person.

All three rooms (3 people max. in total) upstairs share the shower room upstairs which was refurbished completely in May '24.

Downstairs is a really good sized kitchen with two fridge/freezers and table with chairs. In addition there is a separate large room occupied by a couple. They have their own downstairs shower room and there is a third toilet available for everyone, in the house.

Bills for council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and a fortnightly clean of shared areas are included in the price.

The house is a 7 to 8 min walk to Woolwich Arsenal (zone 4) which has the DLR, Crossrail and the trainline.
