It is a furnished 1st floor flat with central heating, kitchen, bathroom.

It's situated 10 minutes walk to Plumstead station

Ideally we are looking for long term occupants. There is no minimum stay, you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be two week notice before the leaving date.
A deposit will be required to secure the room - £200.
