Double room in beautiful flat close to Sefton Park

I’m looking for a flat mate to rent a double room in a beautiful, spacious, quiet flat just off Sefton Park. Unfortunately, current housemate is moving out as has found somewhere closer to work.

The room will be available at end of August/beginning of Sept, but can be flexible with dates if needed.

The flat is on the top floor of a large town house, and has high ceilings, exposed floorboards and is split over 3 levels - you can both be in the flat and not realise it. Landlord is brilliant and always helpful. All other flats in house are rented by professionals, all friendly with nice community atmosphere and house WhatsApp group.

The flat has kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, large living room, one shared bathroom with bath/shower and two double bedrooms. Off street parking available. Bike storage in communal hallway.

Available bedroom has double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves.

We’re two minutes from Sefton Park and Princes Park (for Saturday Park Run), and 10 minute drive from town. Five minute walk to Lark Lane with a Co-op and plenty of bars/restaurants for Friday cocktails.

I’m a 31 year old female medical professional - I like socialising, but equally enjoy my own space when needed. I enjoy yoga, hiking, coffee, good food, good wine and playing Scrabble. And have a Nintendo 64 (lockdown purchase).

The flat is shared with my beautiful 2 year old cat called Leo - he’s great, and very clean. So you must like cats! Would consider other pets, except no dogs I’m afraid.

Rent is £400pcm. 1 month deposit required.
Bills are not included, these are shared equally at £140pm. Happy to share Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions.
