Hi there! One of my lovely housemates is moving out soon, so we’ll have a cosy ground-floor room available in our friendly, all-female house share in Aigburth.

I've been renting this house out for 6+ years with no agency involved – just me, the live-out landlord, who cares about keeping the house a happy and comfortable place to live.

The house is in a prime spot ,right at the end of Lark Lane, a short walk to Sefton Park, the Promenade, and just 5 mins from St Michael’s train station. Super quiet street but close to all the good stuff: cafes, bars, buses, green spaces.

Room: Ground floor bedroom, fully furnished

Smart central heating (control the temp from your room)

Washing machine, fridge, toaster and microwave and toaster recently replaced

Virgin 100Mb broadband

All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax. Tv Licence not included

Communal areas professionally deep-cleaned every 2 weeks

Shared with 3 full-time working women (friendly, tidy, chilled)

👀 Who We’re Looking For:

We’re after a clean, respectful professional who enjoys shared living but also appreciates their own space. Everyone here works full-time, so someone with a similar routine would be ideal.

📝 Contract Info:

Standard contract with 2 months notice period

References welcome, but not essential
