Sadly one of my lovely housemates is moving out to start a new life elsewhere so one bedroom is becoming available soon!
Room available: bedroom at ground floor
The house is in the heart of Aigburth, literally at the end of Lark Lane.
I am looking for a professional that enjoys living together with other people, is clean and tidy and respectful of other housemates.
The house benefits from usual things, central smart heating with smart controls in each bedroom.
Virgin wifi 100Mb broadband, water electric and council tax included in rent.
Communal areas are deeply cleaned every 2 weeks. The area is really quiet and really close to Sefton Park and Promenade . Lark Lane is literally down the road and st michael train station is at 5 minutes walk.
Minimum initial contract length: 6 months that will then be reviewed every 12 months , I am sorry I am looking for long term stays, this seems to work for all the tenants I had in the past
References would be great but not essential.
