Large, bright furnished room available in Aigburth

The bright furnished single room is the 3rd bedroom of the house and is light and airy with a large window, a double wardrobe, a bedside tables and a large single divan bed with storage.

You will only be 15 minutes walk from a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants on Rose Lane, Allerton Road and Lark Lane. And only 5minutes walk from the beautiful Sefton Park and Otterspool Prom. There is also local convenience shops and small bars 2minutes walk away. Access to Liverpool centre and Manchester is really easy with lots of bus routes and Aigburth/ Mossley Hill train stations within a short walking distance.
Although there is only on-street parking, there is usually plenty of space and the neighbours are very friendly.

There is a large lounge with a cosy gas fire, Virgin broadband and TV and very comfy sofas! Also, there is a second reception room with large wooden dining table, great for entertaining. The kitchen is a modern, country style with all necessary amenities and a washing machine and dryer in a secure external outhouse. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a small yard which I'm trying to develop into a garden (!!) but it is ideal for an outdoor tipple or BBQ or storing your bike! The house has an alarm and secure double glazed windows, door locks and external security lights.

The other housemates are quiet and accomodating, both with busy work and social lives, so there is a high chance you may have the house to yourself on a regular basis. I would like someone who is clean and tidy, although there will be a cleaner coming in on a regular basis.
