We have a generous 4 bedroom flat on Aigburth Road that sits a 5 minute walk away from Sefton Park if you ever fancied a peaceful walk.

We have 1 female and 2 male tenants currently staying in 3 of the rooms and the remaining 1 bedroom is avilable to let for 1 more female.

FEMALE tenants preferably apply.

The property comes fully furnished, large living space, 2 bathrooms and good size kitchen with all the utensils you could need. There is a long parking bay available to residents if they have a car but even though these spaces are free during most days we cannot guarantee a parking space.

Bus stop is less than a few minutes walk away that will take 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

All bills are included in the weekly rental price for peace of mind.
