We have two bathrooms also decorated to a high standard.

The house is in an excellent location, Sefton Park is less than five minutes walk away, it is also close to Greenbank and Princes parks.
Bus routes are plentiful and close by.
It is within walking distance of a multitude of good bars, pubs and restaurants on Smithdown and Allerton road and Lark Lane.

The house is central heated with super fast wi-fi and T. V.
Facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
