We also have a spare room which is used for for storage, ironing and drying clothes.

The house is fairly big and is in a great location. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance. Sefton Park (2 mins), Lark Lane (5 mins), St Michael’s station (under 10 mins). The street is quiet, with nice neighbours/families.
The cost of the room includes all bills. No hidden charges and no deposit.
There is always plenty of street parking available outside the house and nearby.
I’m tidy, sociable, very easy-going and get along with anyone.
I have a cat called Joey that’s very friendly.
