Hello!
I'm a live in landlord with 1 other lodger here (f), and a cute doggie!
I have 1 small double room available in my home in Aigburth nr Lark Lane/Sefton Park (it’s stated as a flat but it’s a house but dont know how to change that!!)
I am a mature, quiet, tidy professional working in the arts sector. I'm looking for 1 more (preferably) female lodger for my newly decorated small double room.
Looking for quiet, considerate, clean/tidy and friendly female lodger. I’ve always had lodgers who’re happy in their own company, and also up for a nice chat.
Looking for working professionals who mainly work outside the home. However, I will consider hybrid, if you work from home no more than 2 days a week. Or would also consider a mature post-grad student.
The room is freshly painted with a comfy new double mattress for the bed. It’s furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, desk. There's no additional space for your own furniture, so this room isn't suitable if you have your own furniture already (but the odd piece might fit).
There's a small yard, free street parking, all mod cons in kitchen etc. Shared living room, shared bathroom.
This is my home and not a busy, loud place. It's a home that would suit someone who is working (office based), happy to do their own thing, have a chat when our paths cross, and tidy up after themselves etc.
Bottom line is someone who knows how to house share- a considerate, responsible, tidy, quiet and kind person.
You must like dogs too as my medium sized non-shedding doggy is part of the family! She's a super friendly little thing, can be barky at times (postman knocking etc) but loves people.
The area:
Quiet residential street.
Regular buses into town (15 min journey)
St Michael's train station is a 5 min walk (Journey 7 mins into town)
Sefton Park / Lark Lane / Festival Gardens / the River are all within a 10 min walk, so there's loads of lovely places nearby.
Compact double room, lovely house, great area - £450 p/m all bills included (incl council tax)
£50 deposit
