Large furnished double room on top floor in spacious family home. All bills and WiFi included. Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, desk and chest of drawers. Room has its own wash basin. Separate bathroom on top floor for exclusive use of lodgers (currently 2 and never any more than 3 people). Shared use of lounge, kitchen and large garden. Additional bathroom on ground floor for shared use. Altogether there are 3 bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet so don’t worry about queues! Relaxed household of working professionals. Other residents include 1 cat and 2 Yorkshire Terrier dogs so you must be pet tolerant/friendly. Bedding and towels can be provided. Room cleaning not included. Everyone is expected to clean up after them selves. Kitchen has all the usual equipment including air fryers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of on road parking available. Occasional guests/visitors ok by prior arrangement. Shops and buses nearby on Aigburth Road (10/15 minutes to city centre) and not far from St Michael’s train Station. Restaurants and bars on Lark Lane are 5 minutes away as are Sefton and Princes Park.
