Hello! We are on the lookout for another young professional for this houseshare.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
At the heart of the house is the open-plan Kitchen which features 2 full-size ovens and a 5 burner hob so if you're into cooking this will most definitely appeal.
The Lounge features a 55" TV with a large corner sofa and surround sound.
Outdoor south-facing patio with festoon lighting and a BBQ ideal which is brilliant in summer!
The bedrooms all come furnished with 32-inch TVs, standard-size double beds with under-bed storage, open wardrobes and desks.
We are looking for people who will look after the house and always leave the place a bit cleaner than they find it. There is a weekly cleaner included in the rent who will help with this. We like to keep a clean pad. No dishes piling up and everyone pitching in with the bins etc.
The house is occupied by working professionals and ideally you will be the same. We hope the housemates all get along and have a positive experience of shared living in this house and as such we will arrange for potential tenants to meet up with the rest of the house so you can all get a feel of whether you think it will be a good fit.
THE AREA:
The property is in St Michaels, so if you're not familiar with Liverpool the spiel is that: it's close to Lark Lane which has loads of nice restaurants, pubs, and cafes, Sefton Park for weekend strolls to blow the cobwebs away, St Michael's train station is close by which can get you to central in 2 stops.
