On street parking is available without a permit required. Flat is approx 3 minute walk to St Michaels train station (you can run it in 1 minute) - train to central comes every 15 mins and takes about 7 mins to Central Station.

10 minute walk to Lark Lane - loads of bars and restaurants and boutique/vintage clothing stores along here. Local Tesco Express 10 min walk.

Rent is £700/month bills included.

ABOUT ROOM MATE:
"I am a full time professional within the hospitality industry and work long hours. I am never usually in the apartment of an evening and get home most evenings around midnight. Please take this into consideration when applying - I generally go straight to bed at this time but if you work early in the morning and are a light sleeper please asses whether my working schedule is suitable for you. I am in work most weekends (from 10am-midnight) so you will probably enjoy the place on your own most weekends.

I'm a very social person but respectful if you need your own space. I'd be happy to grab a drink or explore the city if you're new to the area. I am very busy with work and friends on my days off but will always make time to socialise in the flat if we're home together."
