Please take this into consideration when applying - I generally go straight to bed at this time but if you work early in the morning and are a light sleeper please asses whether my working schedule is suitable for you. I am in work most weekends (from 10am-midnight) so you will probably enjoy the place on your own most weekends.
I'm a very social person but respectful if you need your own space. I'd be happy to grab a drink or explore the city if you're new to the area. I am very busy with work and friends on my days off but will always make time to socialise in the flat if we're home together."
