Quiet room for professional FEMALE in Sefton Park

A quiet, stylish room in a modern 2-bed apartment opposite the beautiful Sefton Park.

THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WORKING/STUDYING FROM HOME.

It's only the sound of bird song that you'll hear in this beautiful setting.

I do have 2 indoor cats that you'd need to be ok with.

I'd prefer a vegetarian person to share with or if you could eat meat products out not in.

£250 per week, if this helps anyone wanting to pay weekly.
A discount can be given for a Mon-Fri rental.

My home would preferably suit a female.

The room is only available for someone who is out to work or study during the daytime.
This room would suit a private person who does not wish to share with lots of people and values cleanliness, a peaceful environment with a high standard of interiors.

The space would suit a quiet person, ideally a social drinker when out but not at home.

Only an 6 minute walk to St Michaels train station, which is only 2 stops to central Liverpool station. There is a good bus service into the city. Lark Lane is a 5 minute walk away from plenty of restaurants/cafes/shops/bars/music etc

The room has a king-size bed, a tempur memory foam mattress & pillows with lovely white linen bedding. the room has 2 side tables & a lamp, & a double wardrobe. The room looks out to the tranquil garden & is not overlooked at all.

A separate bathroom is for your sole use.

The kitchen & large dining table is a shared space, but not the living room area.

The residents of the building are all professional & respectful of each other, it's a very safe, gated, safe community.
