1 double bedroom in a Victorian terrace by Sefton Park and Lark Lane. The house is bright, spacious, homely, and is currently being taken over by lots of plants! The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe and over looks the back yard (where veg and herbs are currently attempting to grow). There is a living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Shared bathroom upstairs and the third bedroom is now a yoga room.

Rent includes council tax, internet, water. gas and electricity to be shared evenly.

Happy to chill by the fire with housemate (and a wine!) but equally like my own space. This is definitely more of a home than a party house.
