En-suite room close to St Michaels and Sefton Park

The room has a comfy actual double bed (not small double) for a nice relaxing sleep.

The room is on the ground floor at the back of the house so it is a bit more private than the other rooms in the house. It has its own en-suite too if you prefer to have your own space.

The room has a walk in wardrobe section with about 2 meters of wardrobes from Ikea so there is plenty of storage space for your clothes and things.

Our last housemate asked to put a shelf up above the bed and put a projector on it which effectively turned the entire wall opposite into a giant tv so which has been the envy of the rest of the house during lockdown. The shelf remains, but the room doesn't come with a projector I'm afraid, I'm just saying it would be great for one if you did have one!...

The property is in St Michaels, so if your not familiar with the Liverpool the spiel is that: its close to Lark lane (when it finally re-opens!) which has loads of nice restaurants, pubs and cafes, Sefton park for weekend strolls to blow the cobwebs away, St Michael's train station is close by which can get you to central in 2 stops.
The shared areas in the property include a nice open plan kitchen and dining area which is great for socialising and we regularly do cook together as a house especially on Sundays, although there is no pressure to get involved with all that if cooking isn't your thing!
There is also a cosy lounge with a fire and virgin TV which we often use to chill out and unwind in of an evening.
The street is quiet and the neighbours are all really friendly, there is plenty of free on street parking available if you drive. There is also secure bike storage in the yard but you might want to get a rain cover if your bike is expensive.
