We're looking to sublet our flat for six months as we're going travelling from August (we can accommodate a July move in if needed). This flat is right by Liverpool Sefton park with Lark lane just a five minute walk away. Very spacious two bedroom apartment over two floors. Master bedroom with an ensuite and there is also a main bathroom with a bath. All of the furniture is ours but we will leave it here while travelling so the flat will be fully furnished. Ideal of a couple or one/two professionals. This sublet was approved by our letting agents so it is all to be done officially through them (will require references and employment checks)
