Double bedroom with ensuite available, a short walk from Princes Park, Sefton Park, and Lark Lane :D

The flat is a two bedroom flat, with a lovely private patio outside the living room that gets the sun. On street parking is available at the front of the property.

You will be sharing with me - Tom, a 34 year old project manager in renewable energy, who enjoys keeping fit (I go to the gym or train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu most mornings), and eating lots of food on my weekly cheat day. I work in the city centre Monday - Thursday, and work from home on Friday. I would describe myself as an ambivert - I'm social, but like a bit of time to myself too.

I'm looking for a lodger who's clean, tidy, and considerate. If you're up for the occasional trip out for a drink or to the park, that would be a bonus :)
