The deposit is £850: there are no agency or contract fees. The notice period is 6 weeks, and I would prefer someone whos looking to stay for at least 3 months, with a rolling monthly agreement thereafter.

In my spare time, I play sax in a rock band and dabble in woodwork, surfing & other outdoor pursuits. Sunday afternoons spent in a good pub, after a long walk, with a Guinness in hand are my idea of heaven.
The flat benefits from a beautiful shared living space, perfect to chill, study, or socialise. I enjoy a quality movie or documentary, board games, or an evening with great company, good food, quality liqueur and occasionally the choice cigar.
I'm very tolerant, easy-going and sleep like the dead. Treat the shared spaces, the furniture and each other with respect, pay the rent on time - and we will get along just fine. I welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
