Spacious double room available in an all female flat share, 10 minutes walk from Lark Lane. Shared bathroom, large living room and kitchen. On street parking is available. The advertised price includes all bills: water, council tax, energy, wifi, TV license and a fortnightly cleaner.

We are looking for another young professional to move in at the start of August. There are 3 other girls living in the flat, working in a Charity and the Public sector. We are all very clean and tidy around the house, so we are looking for someone else that would be as respectful of communal areas as us.
