Double Room with En Suite 🦋🌞

Large double room available in a 2 bed flat near Sefton Park. I’ve lived here for the past year with my current flatmate, we met each other on here and have become really close friends so I’m hoping to find someone great to take her place!

The current tenancy ends on 18th of February so available to move in from the 19th, subject to the agency’s checks/references. The rent is £435 per month and we split the bills equally each month on top of that.

The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and two bedside tables. It’s also got an en suite with a shower. The desk and chair pictured in the room are not included as these belong to my current flatmate.

The flat is lovely with a big living room/kitchen area and really bright south facing windows. I’ve also got two pet guinea pigs who live in a pen in the living room (see pics 🤣) so liking animals is a must!

There’s also a shared patio/garden at the back of the building. 🌿
