En-suite room in lovely garden flat

Our lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so we have a room with en-suite bathroom becoming available in our 4-bed garden flat.

The flat develops over two floors, with rooms upstairs and the open plan kitchen and living room on the bottom floor with direct access to the garden. The flat came fully furnished, but we’ve added a few things to make the place our own!

The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dresser, desk, chair and mirror. The en-suite is bright with a super spacious shower.

Rent is £550 per month, and bills are about £135 per month on top of that.

You’ll be replacing our flatmate on our existing tenancy, which currently runs out on July 31st. Worth noting that the landlord is very happy to renew the contract at the end of this tenancy, and some of us have been doing this for several years now!

The property is managed by a super proactive agency, they’ve always been super quick at responding to any issues.

The house is on a quiet road 5 minutes away from Lark Lane and between two of the best parks in Liverpool.

Who will you be sharing with?
We are 3 young professional women who have all lived in the flat for over a year and have become great friends since! We all have busy jobs and schedules but we always make sure we have some flatmates time, whether it’s chilling in the living room in the evenings, going for walks or gigs together.
We are a sociable bunch and would love for a likeminded girl/non-binary person to join us!
