Hi! I’m looking for a (preferably female) lodger to rent a bright, double room with large private bathroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in L17. I’m looking to share my home with someone considerate, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
I have one very friendly cat 🐈⬛ so it would be nice if you were an animal lover (However I can’t consider any additional pets because of this, sorry).
The room is furnished with a comfy double bed, dressing table and clothes rail. Or I can remove the dressing table and have a full size wardrobe installed. Rent is £700/month, including utilities and council tax. I’m offering a 3-month initial let to start, moving to a monthly rolling agreement if it’s a good fit for us both.
The apartment includes:
- Sole use of a large bathroom (bath & overhead shower)
- Large pen plan living/kitchen/diner
- Washing machine / dishwasher / fridge / freezer / microwave
- A large rear garden for sunny days
- Private gated car park
Great location, 5 mins walk from the vibrant Lark Lane and situated across the road from the beautiful Sefton Park. 5 minutes' walk to Aigburth Road where buses run every 10 minutes into the City Centre and 10 minutes to St Michael's train station and it's just a short journey into the City.
The apartment is located on the upper ground floor of a large Victorian mansion. There are just a few steps up to the building and then my apartment is on the ground floor but this means it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
