Hey, I’ve got a double room available in a lovely 2-bed flat at the bottom of Sefton Park from the end of September. My current flatmate is moving down south at the end of our tenancy, so I’m looking for someone to move in and take over the room

The flat’s been recently refurbished. The room is a double, fully furnished including a TV on the wall. There’s a secure driveway for parking, a shared bathroom, and a nice little garden out back that’s great for chilling when the weather’s decent. The landlord is sound and maintenance always super quick to resolve anything. We’re just a 10-minute walk from Lark Lane and only a minute from major bus routes into town, so it’s really well connected.

Rent is £625 a month and all bills are included. With council tax added in, it comes to around £700pcm. It’s a 12-month contract.

A bit about me. I’m an Occupational Therapist in the NHS, working full-time Monday to Friday. I’m also an endurance runner with Liverpool Harriers, so I’m out training most evenings and often racing at weekends. I’m out and about quite a bit. But I’m sociable, love to cook and cocktails now and again, but I’m not a massive drinker or party animal!
