This would suit short term accommodation only. Or maybe whilst looking for something longer term.

Easy going household just outside City Centre.
Myself and last year Uni student at home. Another professional. All with relaxed routines. All enjoy nights in/out though we are not a party home.
Cozy coal fire 🔥 in sitting room shown in photo. Friendly neighbours, peaceful nice area.
🚗 Parking available on quiet street with easy access to city centre.
🚌 Bus Stop 1 min walk, 15-20 min walk to town, John Moore, Lipa & Liverpool University,
Liverpool One- 20-30 min walk
3 min to Sefton Park 🌳
10 min walk to Lark Lane, Smithdown Road and Allerton.
We are all adaptable if want to keep to themselves or socialise. Have become friends and still in contact with previous lodgers :-)
We have 2 large breed American Akitas so should be a dog lover. 🐕 🐶
