1.5 rooms in terraced house near Lark Lane

Hi,

I'm looking for a housemate in my house near Lark Lane.

It's a 3 bed (2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom/office), 1 bathroom Georgian terrace house with a small yard. It's only 5-10 minutes walk from either Lark Lane or St Michael's MerseyRail train station as well as having great travel options to the airport.

I work remotely most of the month so you would have the entire house to yourself most of the time. I spend less than 2 weeks a month in the property. You would have the large master bedroom and office/guest room to yourself.

Ideal for couples or people looking to work from home.

I'm an Irish young professional whose main hobbies include listening to music, going to gigs, and being a sports nerd (particularly Liverpool FC).

I'm looking for a respectful, clean housemate. Ideally another young professional or post graduate student.
I'm open to pets and couples are more than welcome. It should go without saying that all genders, sexualities, and nationalities are welcome!
I work a lot when I'm in Liverpool so I'd be out of your hair but also open to socialising, eating together, and showing any newcomers around the brilliant city.
