We have two furnished rooms available in our light and characterful terraced home:

Large double room – £690 pcm

Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water) included in rent (fair use).

May be able to consider short term, or periodic rentals.

The house has cottage feel, a spacious kitchen-diner, a light comfortable living room, renovated bathroom (bath & shower), and a patio garden.

It's in a sought after location near the renowned Sefton Park. Princes Park, Otterspool Park and riverside promenade are a short walk. Lark lanes' shops, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby. There are local shops including the marvelous Windmill and supermarkets too.

We have excellent transport links for Liverpool, across the North West and beyond. We have on-street parking. Buses on Aigburth road are a couple of minutes away, St Michaels Station is a short walk, and Liverpool airport is an easy taxi ride.

We are two friendly, mature women offering a respectful, welcoming, home that would suit a professional woman looking for a quiet, friendly base in Liverpool.

Some things that you might also want to know:
We try to keep things clean and tidy and the rent includes a cleaner for shared areas twice a month.
We're vegetarian and so there's no cooking meat or fish in the house. But takeaways with meat or other pre-cooked meat are absolutely fine.
Nuts of any kind aren't allowed in the home due to allergy.
