Sefton Park Mid-Century Modern Apartment

Hi name is James, I am looking to rent out a room in my apartment overlooking Sefton Park, really close to Lark Lane and other restaurants/shops in Aigburth. Bus and train stations are close to the flat to get into the centre quickly.

Room: double room with ottoman bed, large wardrobe (not pictured), blackout curtains overlooking the back garden, so it is really quiet. I have my own en-suite so you will have the main bathroom (pictured) which has a bath/shower, storage.

The flat is fully furnished and recently renovated with a large kitchen & breakfast bar, double oven, air-fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, ample cupboards. Living room/dining room overlooking park with smart TV. Hallways, with storage. There's a 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed, that doubles up as another living room/snug/study.

There's also a garage and ample off street parking. There's a cleaner who comes bi-weekly.

Looking for: A single professional at a similar place in life/mindset, clean and respectful and someone looking for a place to call home.

Flatmates: James- 30 (Landlord). Works weekdays hybrid in Biotech, clean/tidy considerate who is social and outgoing.

Will look to do viewings over the next few weeks with move in date flexible for the right person. If you don't here from my right away, I'll look to do viewings as a block. I'll do an initial 3 month tenancy with rolling from then onwards. All bills included, and I am not stingy on the heating aha.
