Large double room just off lark lane

I'm looking for a short term lodger. Room is a large with double bed, wardrobe and desk. House is on a beautiful street next to lark lane and sefton park. St Michaels station close by and plenty of buses. I live with a house cat who is a very important member of household so you need to like cats! I also have a small yard. We would share one bathroom, kitchen and sitting room.
