Spacious sunny room & office in queer household 🌞

*4 BEDROOM HOUSE BUT JUST 1 HOUSEMATE*

Hii, I’m Cole! My housemate is moving out of our lovely home in Aigburth L17 at the end of March, and I’m looking for someone to replace them on the tenancy.

The house is sunny, spacious and just a few mins walk from Sefton Park. You would have the huge bedroom and shared use of an office/creative space (not photographed as being used for storage until end of the month). The spare room I use part-time for a few hours per week as a massage treatment space, which you’d also be welcome to use as a therapy space if you work in a similar field or just another cosy chill space/room for guests when I’m not working in there!

There are two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, a small paved garden that backs onto a little woodland, and the house is pretty much furnished by me already apart from the large bedroom, which will be completely empty.

A little about me: I’m queer, poly & AuDHD, a huge nature enthusiast, I love dancing and finding little moments of awe and laughter. I work in the wellbeing / support sector. I’m warm and friendly but also quite introverted and appreciate alone time.

Ideally I’d love to live with another queer and/or neurodivergent person who is considerate, communicative, and community-minded. Someone who enjoys cooking and sharing food sometimes, appreciates calm and nurturing home energy, and might enjoy the occasional cosy hangout. Low/no alcohol preferred.

I’d like to spend a little time getting to know each other before committing, to make sure it feels like a good fit for both of us.

The photos have cat stuff in them but the cats will be leaving with my housemate (😭)

Rent is £562.50pp per month plus bills (approx £220pp). EPC C. Pets considered. Deposit is 1 month’s rent. Landlord referencing requires you to earn 30x the rent (£16,875 annually) and not have any CCJ’s.

In-person viewings available and recommended as I think the house is much more lovely than the pictures show!
