About the place:
We’re perfectly located just off of Lark Lane, round the corner from Sefton Park and with great connections into the city centre. The flat is on the 3rd floor & spread over 2 levels, with kitchen, living room and bedrooms on lower level and a shared by 3 bathroom (with lovely views) and plenty of storage space on the mezzanine level.
The room available is a cosy double room which is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes, it'll be available to move in from August with flexibility on move in date all of that month. The current tenant has been here for 1.5yrs but is starting a new fully remote job so is wanting more space, so possibly something to keep in mind if interested.
We keep the place clean by having a fortnightly cleaning & bins rota (with each of us having 2wks on then 6wks off) which has always worked efficiently.
Not a party flat, we’ll have the occasional guest over for dinner or a glass of wine but the communal areas are mainly more chilled, relaxed spaces everyone can enjoy when they want.
Room + bills (including council tax even if you’re a student) totals ~£550 a month which is really great value for the location. We also share costs for other general flat expenses like cleaning products.

We are 3 women aged 31-41 mix of professional & part time students (data analyst/massage therapist, chef/student & a PHD student).
We all have quite busy work, social & travel lives, so flat can be full or empty day-to-day. We care for our place, are respectful of each others privacy and like to catch up when we can with a film, glass of wine or flat dinner. We all share a love of travelling, nature, hiking, food, good humour and living life to the fullest!

We are looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and ideally can stay for 12 months minimum, most flatmates have lived here for a few years which has been great. We are hoping to hold viewings end of July where you can see the space and we can have an informal chat to get to know each other.
