Hi, i have 2 rooms availble until september. Just been decorated, with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The rooms just have a bed and bedside tables in at the moment, I will get more essential furniture for the rooms if needed, but if you have your own and would rather use that then thats fine as well. Location is great with the shops on your doorstep and lark lane just over the road. Cheap as im still doing some renovations in the rest of the house. All bills included. Fast internet and ethernet ports in each room. Nice little south facing garden. Potential for discount on rent if you can help me out with some renovations as well but its not required or expected of you. Im a pretty chilled guy who enjoys a chat and a laugh.
