Short term - Peaceful, bright garden flat with cat

Hey,

I'm away over the summer and my one-bedroom flat is available for someone who'd like to stay there.

Maybe you're in-between places, fancy a break, or want to trial how it feels living in this area.

About the place
It's a very peaceful, one-bed apartment with a private entrance, private garden and plenty of green space

You can spend days in the hammock, listening to the birds, reading, practising yoga or relaxing.

There's an open plan living area, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area in a bay window overlooking the garden.

It's near popular Lark Lane and Sefton Park / Princes Park in South Liverpool with plenty of independent coffee shops, cafes/restaurants, bars and vintage shops

The cat
My cat will be there during your stay, so he'll need food leaving out and cuddles. He is an ex-feral cat who lived on the grounds of this property, so I can't take him with me. He's very affectionate and tame.
