A spacious well furnished first floor. room with double bed is available for short or longer term rental in a large Victorian house opposite Sefton Park. Bathroom and additional wc are shared with one other guest and a fully equipped kitchen/diner is also shared. The landlady has her own facilities. Gardens front and back are accessible to guests and include a deck tables and chairs and a gazebo for use in all weathers. There is on street parking.
A bus service runs from close by to Liverpool One and the 60 Circular and an all night service is available in an adjacent street.
Shops, supermarkets, fast food outlets cafes and restaurants are in easy walking distance in Smithdown Road and Lodge Lane and the popular destination Lark Lane is a ten minute walk across the park for a wide variety of cafes bars and restaurants.
All utility bills are included in the rent as is regular basic cleaning. The house is Band D and Council Tax where applicable is included.
The house is quiet and peaceful and guests are respectfully requested to maintain this.
Guests will be accepted for bookings of minimum one week and a maximum of one year subject to extension by negotiation. Couples are welcome for stays of a week and a supplement of £10 will be charged.
