Private, good size terrace, perfect for summer bbq's, on street parking, in a nice road, with great transport links; local bars/restaurants; within 5 min walk to Otterspool prom and 10 mins to Lark Lane. Includes bills. Camera not working well but will txt pic b4 viewing if required. To move in asap. As a note, flat is in attic up 2 flights of (private)stairs-worth the climb though.
