There are a total 3 en-suite rooms in the house. Ideal for mature student / professional. First to see will rent. Will discuss short term lets, however longer stays are preferable.
I have always had happy tennants and first to see usually rents, it's quality is a lot higher than other double rooms advertised.
Rate will be higher for short term or couples.
