I'm advertising a double room in a three bed mid-terrace. The room is sizeable with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It would suit a recent graduate who would like to live a little out of the city centre and closer to some green space. There is currently one other female housemate.

The house has a sizable galley-style kitchen, a living room and separate dining room. All the usual amenities are present - broadband, satellite television, washer/drier and dishwasher. There's a small backyard which could be a great opportunity for anyone with green fingers (underused at present). Council tax is included in the rent but bills aren't.

Wingate Road is a quiet, safe street in Aigburth, a suburban neighbourhood with easy bus links to the city centre. Only 5 minutes walk from Sefton Park and 15-20 minutes walk from Lark Lane and Rose lane bars and restaurants.
