Double room, lovely sunny house Aigburth

We have a large double room available to rent in our well-loved and sunny house near Lark Lane. All bills (excluding cleaner which is £16 per month) - gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV licence - are included in the rent. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed.

We have a huge kitchen/dining room with brand new appliances (an enormous fridge-freezer, washing machine and the all-important dishwasher!). The house is furnished with contemporary and vintage furniture, a real coal fire and has a garden/patio area. It's situated just five minutes from Lark Lane and Sefton Park, and there is a bus stop less than a minute from our front door.

You will be sharing mostly with a gay male couple (36 and 37), although we share our time between London and Liverpool. One works in the university, and will be there most days during term time. The other is in the house on occasional weekends.

We're looking for friendly, relaxed but respectful lodgers who are non-smokers.
