I'm looking for a new housemate as my friend is moving. I live in a three bedroom house but only two are rented, the third is a single and can be used as a spare room. It is a big double room, with a king size bed! The rent is £675 and with bills it works out about £450 a month. We would have to sign a new contract through the letting agents Belvoir. I have lived here for 18months and there have been no problems at all, it is a really spacious house for two people. That's why I don't want t leave!
I'm looking for someone that is working. I work 9 to 5 but I don't mind people who work shifts. I'm pretty laid back and tidy!! I like to go out at weekends to town and lark lane. I also like cycling and going to the gym. This feels like its turning into a dating profile so ill stop!!
