11 bed luxury student home - double room available

The house was refurbed in 2012 and is kitted out with 51" plasma in the living room, leather sofas, a brand new kitchen, 11 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full virgin media package (sports and movies) and wifi. All bills are included in the price and it is a 52 week contract. It's off smithdown road, but is definitely one of the nicer streets and the price reflects how luxury the house actually is. I'm advertising for a double bedroom on the ground floor as I am no longer returning to Liverpool for uni! Which is heartbreaking because you will be living with the best bunch of people I have ever met. All of them are lovely, love to go out, but also love to stay in. There's going to be times when you're all sat cuddled up watching a film together. They're always quiet during exam periods and they are all entering their second year of unu.
