This is an end of terrace house with a rooms available. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and are in good decorative condition. The room is approx. 8 1/2 x 9 feet (approx. 2. 60 x 2. 70cm). The house has been recently refurbished and is in good condition. The kitchen has all mod cons, and there is a small yard. All bills are included, including wifi. The room has a TV point. The house is friendly and peaceful, and the three other tenants both work full time.
Rooms can be shown by the landlady on Saturdays or Sundays (preferably Sunday afternoons if possible), other times by arrangement. Fee is £15 to cover a credit check.
