Living room is massive with two large sofas, stereo, Sky TV inc. Sky Sports & Xbox and bathroom has large bath/shower. The whole flat has gas central heating and has recently been redecorated in the past year.

The flat is situated on Aigburth Road, a 10 minute walk from Lark Lane and St Michaels train station. The 82 bus stops just outside the house going directly into Liverpool city centre. It's a great part of Liverpool to live in with loads of shops & a supermarket just down the road. Lark Lane is great for going out with plenty of bars and restaurants, while Sefton Park is huge and regularly puts on decent events & is perfect for an evening jog if you're that way inclined. There is plenty of well-lit on street parking outside the house & bikes can be stored inside the house.

Ideally looking for young professional or (slightly) mature student who's outgoing and enjoys a good night in/out, international students/professionals are very welcome.

Inside the house is non-smoking but there's a balcony just off the kitchen for smokers.
