Furnished double room in 2bedroo flat-new building

Hi, we are looking for somebody who will be share a flat with us (a couple- I am working and studying, my boyfriend's working full time), preferably female, professional, a very clean and tidy person. Room is furnished - double bed, white chest of drawers and a wooden night table. In the kitchen we have two fridge-freezers, so one will be only for you ;) Also we have a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a toaster. Besides two bedrooms we have a living room with our own TV - which we can share. Free wi-fi of course. All bills included.
Lift, secure gate, free car park, close to Sefton Park, buses: 82 82A 61 68... close to shops and restaurants, very safe and calm area.
