Spare room available in a spacious 5 bedroom flat spread out over 2 floors off Aigburth Road. The flat was refurbished at the start of last year and has a big kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers) and a big living room. All bedrooms are good sizes with double wardrobes and beds. You will be sharing with 4 girls who are studying primary teaching at Liverpool Hope university and who will be in their 3rd year. Rent is £50 a week and bills is about £10 on top of that. The landlord pays for the tv license and water.
