We are seeking a friendly, relaxed housemate in our house in Aigburth!
The house is a 3 bedroom end terrace in Aigburth, a few minutes' walk from St Michael's Station, which is a 6 minute train ride to Central Station. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road, with frequent buses to town. The house has a shared bathroom which was newly fitted 6 months ago, with electric shower. Downstairs there is a shared living room, dining room, separate kitchen, small utility area (for washer/ dryer/ storage), a downstairs toilet and another reception room used as a 4th bedroom.
The room is fully furnished, with double bed; chest of drawers; wardrobe; chair; under bed storage; wooden storage chests; mirror; bookcase. The room has a window and curtains, wooden floors, large radiator (gas central heating), high ceilings and door with a lock if needed.
All bills are included in the rent, so there is no extra to pay. This includes: electricity; gas; water; council tax; broadband internet; phone line; TV license for shared area; cleaner for the house 6 hours a month.
The ideal housemate would be a professional who is sociable, treats the house like a home and is respectful of noise! The current tenants are easy-going professionals: we enjoy spending time together, plus also doing our own things. Our interests include travel, films, books, cooking and socialising. We have all ended up in Liverpool, originally coming from Cornwall, Reading and New Zealand, and we look forward to welcoming a new addition to the household!
