This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with open plan living room/kitchen situated on Aigburth Vale, which is a fairly quiet but lively area 10 minutes drive from the city centre. Lark lane is a 10 minute walk and there is nearby bus stops as well as St Michaels and Mossley Hill train stations. It has a garage included for additional storage space.
I myself work full time and will be looking for either mature students or other working professionals. Its a 12 month lease and there would be a security deposit required. My current flatmate of 3 years is moving at the end of January so i would like to have this sorted by the end of December.
